Practicing law since 1975, Dr. Hayes estimates that he has been involved in more than 300 civil and criminal jury trials, and many other bench trials in civil, criminal, and traffic matters. He is a former Rock County Assistant District Attorney, and he has defended everything from murder cases to speeding tickets. Additionally, Dr. Hayes is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Western District of Wisconsin, Eastern District of Wisconsin, and Northern District of Illinois.
